Gafner Law Firm always offers free phone consultations to all of its clients and will answer every and any question or concern that a couple might have as they traverse through the immigration odyssey that will bring them together in the United States.

Gafner Law Firm provides assistance to its clients at every step of the road and does not complete its representation until a couple is together in the United States.  Many firms only assist clients in completing the K-1 visa application and leave it to the couple to navigate through the fiance(e)’s consular interview and entrance into the United States.  Not Gafner Law Firm.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa – $1650

Marriage Visa When Outside United States (K-3 Spouse Visa) – $1850

Marriage Visa When Inside United States (Adjustment of Status )  – $1850

Payment Plans are available.

Fees may be reduced for former clients.
